The Russian Frost Farmers Gallery is proud to host FLEET FM’s RADIO AS PAPER ISSUE 3 Wellington launch. As a continuation from Wellington Zinefest 2009, an exhibition of original artwork from ISSUE 3 will be on show, accompanied by sound installations from FLEET FM talent.
